At M. Zachi, we want your artwork or product to reach you safely and for the ordering process to be clear and straightforward.
This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to purchases made through the M. Zachi website and should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
SHIPPING WITHIN ISRAEL
Standard shipping within Israel is free, unless otherwise clearly stated before purchase.
Delivery times may vary depending on the product, availability, production requirements and destination.
Some products, including prints or merchandise, may require production before they are ready to ship.
Any delivery time shown or communicated is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship selected M. Zachi products internationally.
International shipping costs depend on factors including:

* Product type
* Size and weight
* Packaging requirements
* Available shipping method
The applicable shipping charge will be displayed or communicated before the order is finalized, where required.
International delivery times may vary significantly depending on destination, carrier and customs processing.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, local VAT, handling charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the customer.
M. Zachi does not control these charges or determine their amount.
ORIGINAL ARTWORKS
Original M. Zachi artworks are generally offered through direct inquiry rather than standard online checkout.
Availability, price, payment arrangements, packaging and shipping details for an original artwork will be confirmed directly with the customer before the transaction is completed.
Because original artworks may require specialized packaging and shipping, delivery arrangements may differ from those applicable to prints and merchandise.
PRINTS & MERCHANDISE
Paper prints, canvas prints and merchandise may be produced or prepared after an order is placed.
Production and delivery times may therefore vary between products.
Unless a product is specifically described otherwise, M. Zachi prints are open editions.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
Cancellation and return rights are provided in accordance with applicable law, including the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981 and applicable regulations.
For eligible distance-sale transactions, customers may have a statutory right to cancel the transaction within the period and under the conditions provided by law.
Where permitted by law, a cancellation that is not due to a defect, non-conformity or failure to supply the product as required may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100, whichever is lower.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be waived or restricted.
CUSTOM & COMMISSIONED PRODUCTS
Different cancellation rules may apply to commissioned artworks or products made specifically for a customer according to special measurements or requirements.
Whether a custom order may be cancelled can depend, among other things, on the nature of the customization and whether production has already begun.
If you wish to cancel a commissioned or customized order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Any limitation on cancellation will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what was ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

* A short description of the issue
* Clear photographs of the product and, where relevant, the packaging
Please keep the original packaging until the matter has been resolved where reasonably possible.
Where the product is defective, does not conform to the order or was not supplied as required, the matter will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.
RETURN CONDITION
Where a return is permitted, the product should be returned in the condition required under applicable law and according to the return instructions provided by M. Zachi.
Customers should package returned artwork and products carefully to prevent damage during transportation.
Return-shipping responsibility and costs will depend on the reason for the return and the customer’s applicable statutory rights.
REFUNDS
Where a customer is entitled to a refund following a valid cancellation, the refund will be processed in accordance with applicable law and, where possible, through the original payment method.
Processing times may also depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
